Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working in educational or pediatric environments strongly preferred
• Strong skills in conducting assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to develop individualized intervention plans and adapt strategies to meet varied student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design tailored behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and indirect support to students, as well as consultation to teachers and support staff
• Guide and supervise implementation of behavior plans, modeling effective strategies in the classroom
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed through data analysis and regular team meetings
• Offer staff training and parent education to support behavior management strategies both at school and home
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and reports for ongoing assessment and compliance
