Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid BCBA certification required
• Proven experience in school settings, school-based programs, or with pediatric populations highly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, behavior modification techniques, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and report-writing

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Implement, monitor, and adapt treatment strategies according to student progress and evolving needs
• Train and support school staff in the application of ABA strategies within the classroom setting
• Track and analyze student data, documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team
