Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Central Falls, Rhode Island

A position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work directly within a school setting serving students from kindergarten through 8th grade, with a focus on K-3. This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful behavioral support alongside a collaborative and dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs. Collaboration will take place with two behavioral specialists, two social workers, and an educators’ collaborative, sharing a unique and evolving caseload to best support student success. The position is full-time, with consideration given to part-time candidates, and requires in-person presence during school hours from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, with extended hours on Wednesdays for team meetings. Some flexibility of up to 30 minutes at the start or end of the day is requested.

Qualifications sought for this opportunity include a master’s degree in special education, school psychology, social work, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or a related discipline. Candidates should have BCBA certification and demonstrate strong skills in behavior analysis within educational settings. This role is intended as a permanent hire with immediate availability.
