Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – K-12

Location: Jackson, AL Area
Pay: $47.45–$57.67 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Virtual
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Dates: August 6 – May 20

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual behavioral consultation and support for K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Tier 3 behavioral interventions
• Review behavioral data and make recommendations based on student progress
• Conduct virtual consultations with teachers and school personnel
• Assist with developing individualized behavior support strategies
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide coaching and guidance to school staff
• Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate behavioral documentation and progress monitoring

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Experience with Tier 3 behavioral interventions preferred
• Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fully virtual environment
• Strong organization and time-management skills
