Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Thomasville, Alabama

A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth services within a school setting. This position supports a caseload of 25 to 30 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on Tier 3 interventions to address individualized behavioral needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Delivering telehealth-based behavioral interventions and coaching to students.
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement and monitor Tier 3 interventions.
• Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Providing training and support to school personnel on behavioral strategies.

Desired qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with a diverse student population in K-12 educational settings.
• Proficiency in implementing Tier 3 behavioral interventions.
