Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
  • Valid licensure for professional practice
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine the needs of students
  • Design and implement comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer expert consultation and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress, manage data collection, and prepare clear documentation
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams, actively participating in meetings and developing best strategies for individual students
