Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification and state licensure required
• Experience within school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and foster teamwork among educators and support staff
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and root behavioral causes
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and broader school teams
• Engage in continuous data analysis and maintain thorough documentation to track progress and adjust interventions as required
• Collaborate actively within IEP teams and participate in meetings, ensuring cohesion in support planning and implementation
