This on-site contract opportunity allows you to choose a full-time or part-time schedule, tailoring your work to your lifestyle and availability. With a start date of August 6th and an end date of May 16th (subject to change for emergency days), you’ll play a vital part in a dedicated educational environment located near Tinley Park, IL.

In this position, you will:

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments for students
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to provide holistic care
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and document results
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff in best practices related to behavior modification
  • Stay current with best practices and legal requirements for behavioral support
  • Adapt to a flexible caseload size, determined prior to your start date

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Demonstrated experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention strategies, and data collection
  • Effective communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
