Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings highly preferred
- Skilled in conducting behavioral assessments and data analysis
- Proficient in developing, writing, and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple school locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional behavior assessments for K-12 students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective behavior intervention plans
- Develop, write, and guide the implementation of IEP goals and objectives
- Provide direct and consultative support to students and school staff
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to help students succeed
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment at each assigned site
