Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in PreK-12th grade educational settings is highly desired
  • Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans
  • Skilled at developing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals for students
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to support students across multiple school sites

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop effective intervention strategies
  • Lead the creation and implementation of IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Provide direct and consultative support to students, educators, and paraprofessionals
  • Train staff and caregivers in evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for maximum impact
  • Promote positive behavioral supports and inclusive practices throughout the school community
