Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings highly preferred
• Skilled in conducting behavioral assessments and data analysis
• Proficient in developing, writing, and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple school locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments for K-12 students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective behavior intervention plans
• Develop, write, and guide the implementation of IEP goals and objectives
• Provide direct and consultative support to students and school staff
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to help students succeed
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment at each assigned site
