Embrace a rewarding opportunity to support young learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at an early childhood and elementary school serving students in grades PK-5. This contract role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact during the school year, beginning August 20th and concluding on the last student day, June 11th. With a manageable caseload of approximately 15 students, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to promote student growth and positive outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working in a school setting, preferably with early childhood and elementary students
  • Expertise in conducting behavioral assessments and developing effective intervention plans
  • Ability to coach and provide consultation to staff at various experience levels
  • Skilled in collaborative teamwork and establishing rapport with families
  • Participation in IEP and ESR meetings as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify student needs
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with school teams and families to foster student success
  • Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and professional support to school staff
  • Attend and contribute to IEP and ESR meetings to ensure holistic planning
  • Track and evaluate behavioral data, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Promote positive social, behavioral, and educational outcomes for all assigned students

This position offers a 37.5 hour workweek in a dynamic, collaborative environment, focused on supporting a diverse group of learners through the 2024-2025 academic year.
