Embrace a rewarding opportunity to support young learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at an early childhood and elementary school serving students in grades PK-5. This contract role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact during the school year, beginning August 20th and concluding on the last student day, June 11th. With a manageable caseload of approximately 15 students, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to promote student growth and positive outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with early childhood and elementary students
- Expertise in conducting behavioral assessments and developing effective intervention plans
- Ability to coach and provide consultation to staff at various experience levels
- Skilled in collaborative teamwork and establishing rapport with families
- Participation in IEP and ESR meetings as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify student needs
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with school teams and families to foster student success
- Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and professional support to school staff
- Attend and contribute to IEP and ESR meetings to ensure holistic planning
- Track and evaluate behavioral data, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Promote positive social, behavioral, and educational outcomes for all assigned students
This position offers a 37.5 hour workweek in a dynamic, collaborative environment, focused on supporting a diverse group of learners through the 2024-2025 academic year.
