About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Tracy, CA area. This position focuses on supporting K-12th grade students with behavioral needs, by leading behavior intervention and developing skills within students that allow them to reach their full potential!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs effectively.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Analyze data to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
  • Ensure compliance with district and state regulations regarding documentation and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification (BCAB).
  • Experience working with K-12 grade students in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate and student-centered approach to behavioral support.

Compensation for this position ranges from $52.50 to $72.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
