School Based BCBA

Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time School-Based Position

Near: Tracy, CA

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the first semester of the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide behavioral support services in a collaborative school-based environment. Grade level assignment is currently TBD based on enrollment numbers, and the district is looking to begin interviewing candidates in August/September for an October start date. Pay and Benefits:

$58-$65/hr

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience supporting behavioral interventions in educational settings preferred
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral support services to students
Conduct behavioral assessments and support intervention planning
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
Assist with behavior implementation strategies and progress monitoring
Support positive academic and behavioral outcomes for students

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
Interviews expected to begin August/September
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
