Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (current and in good standing)
  • Background working with school-aged children; experience in educational environments strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Familiarity with special education laws, ethical behavior analysis standards, and current best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to implement positive, practical behavior strategies
  • Gather and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform timely interventions
  • Deliver professional development and ongoing coaching in behavior management and ABA methodologies
  • Maintain thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
