Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Tucker, Arkansas

Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a significant impact in a dynamic educational setting! You’ll collaborate with six campus sites near White Hall and Tucker, AR, bringing your expertise in behavioral assessment and positive behavioral support to students in need. This contract role is ideal for an experienced BCBA ready to step into a school environment and make a difference from day one.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Strong background in conducting behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Proficient in developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Previous experience working in schools or educational settings strongly preferred
• Confident, adaptable, and able to manage a flexible and evolving caseload
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and FBAs for students across six school campuses
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs to support student success
• Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and families to create supportive environments
• Provide ongoing consultation, guidance, and progress updates to school staff
• Adapt strategies and interventions to meet the unique needs of each campus and student
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical practice standards
