Qualifications/Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Previous experience in school or educational settings is highly valued

- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs effectively
- Proficiency in developing and implementing behavioral intervention strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a district-level behavior team
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct student observations and functional behavior assessments
- Consult collaboratively with staff and parents
- Write and monitor behavior implementation plans (BIP)
- Deliver professional development sessions focusing on behavior modification strategies
