Qualifications / Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience supervising behavior teams or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred
- Strong skills in functional behavior assessment and writing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Effective communicator, adept at collaborating with staff and families
- Previous school-based experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a district-level behavior team, fostering a supportive and effective work environment
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide mentorship
- Conduct detailed student observations and functional behavior assessments
- Consult with school staff and parents to promote positive behavior outcomes
- Write, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
