Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Tuskegee, Alabama

This contract position is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours weekly, and offers the chance to work across five local schools, providing essential behavioral support and expertise.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality behavioral services for a caseload of seven students. Your expertise as a BCBA will help shape and guide positive student outcomes, as you collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to create effective, individualized behavior intervention plans. This position does not require Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision, allowing you to focus your skills and energy directly on student support and program development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and current BCBA certification required
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize interventions across multiple sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, design, and implement effective behavior intervention plans for students
