Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong applied behavior analysis skills, with proven ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Skilled at direct assessment, data collection, and progress tracking
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, families, and other support professionals
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert behavioral support and consultation to students, focusing on individualized plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor IEP goals, and guide evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate closely with school personnel to ensure strategies are consistently implemented
- Deliver staff and caregiver training to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Offer ongoing support and adjustments to students’ interventions throughout the semester
