In this full-time travel BCBA position, you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct BCBA support to a caseload of 7 students across 5 different schools.
  • Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring throughout the 2026-27 school year.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for behavior analysis, guiding best practices in educational settings.
  • Manage all cases independently, as there is currently no RBT supervision required.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for working across multiple locations.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in varying school cultures.
