You’ll play a vital role in the implementation and oversight of behavior intervention programs, collaborating with educational staff to optimize learning outcomes. With a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, this position ensures consistent involvement with students and professional teams, while offering a dynamic and rewarding workday.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience delivering behavior analysis services in a school or child-focused setting
• Deep understanding of evidence-based practices for students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral challenges
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of current federal and state regulations relevant to special education
• Ability to provide training, support, and consultation to educators and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Oversee the implementation and fidelity of behavior intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Offer guidance and training for school staff on evidence-based behavioral practices
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation aligned with district and professional standards
