This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is ideal for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about supporting student growth and empowering school teams.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must hold active BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated experience working within school environments, collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deep knowledge of conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Background in providing direct observation and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Adaptable and collaborative approach when addressing student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough, evidence-based FBAs for students referred by the school team
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs for students with behavioral needs
  • Observe students in a variety of school settings to collect data and inform intervention strategies
  • Supervise and support RBTs in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
  • Collaborate with educational staff to build capacity in positive behavior support practices
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with district protocols
  • Participate in student support meetings, IEP discussions, and parent consultations as needed
