You'll be key in driving positive student outcomes through functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), conducting classroom and student observations, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification, in good standing.
- Proven experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong ability to conduct FBAs and write effective BIPs.
- Skilled at classroom, group, and individual observations.
- Experience supervising and supporting RBTs or paraprofessional staff.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong commitment to student growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify student needs.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students.
- Observe students in various settings to assess behavior and guide interventions.
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and feedback to RBTs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and administrative staff, to ensure seamless support for students.
- Maintain detailed documentation and data collection to track progress and support decision-making.
