Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform intervention strategies
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Observe students in educational environments, collecting and analyzing behavioral data
• Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective interventions
• Offer professional guidance and training to staff and families as needed

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
