School Nurse (RN/LPN) 

Location: Union City, CA 

Caseload: 1:1 Elementary School (~37.5 hrs)

Type: Onsite- W2

Compensation: Depends on Experience

Hours: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team in the Union City, CA area for this school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of students of various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to students, including administering medications, assistance, and managing chronic health conditions.
  
• Assess and address health issues that arise during the school day.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure a healthy school environment.
  
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health records.
  
• Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics.
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in California.
  
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred but not required.
  
• Must be comfortable with 1:1 or small group care
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passion for promoting student health and wellness.

Compensation for this position ranges from $52.50 to $72.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
