This full-time contract offers 37.5 hours weekly, working with a diverse student caseload across five schools. You’ll bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to collaborate closely with educators and families, enhancing student outcomes and supporting positive behavioral change. With seven students currently requiring BCBA services, you’ll make a meaningful impact by tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
- Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work on-site across multiple campuses as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Provide ongoing data collection, progress monitoring, and plan adjustments
- Offer consultations and staff training to educators for effective implementation of interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and family members, to maximize student support
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students receiving behavioral support
- No RBT supervision duties at this time
