Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in K-12 school settings or similar youth-focused environments highly preferred
• Strong assessment, data collection, and behavioral intervention skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school locations as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct BCBA support and individualized behavior intervention strategies for a caseload of seven students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective, evidence-based intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant, detailed records for each case
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure implementation fidelity
• Consult with school teams to build capacity around behavior management best practices
