Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Union Springs, Alabama

A contract opportunity is available for an experienced BCBA ready to make a meaningful impact during the 2026-27 school year. This full-time position offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week and the chance to support students at five schools in the area. As the dedicated BCBA, you'll provide essential services to a caseload of seven students—offering direct support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting the success of students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality behavioral support and interventions to assigned students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and inform decisions
• Provide professional insight and recommendations to support student growth
• Travel between five schools to ensure comprehensive support across the caseload
• Note: There will be no RBT supervision duties at this time
