Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Union Springs, Alabama

Step into a vital role supporting students by providing comprehensive behavioral consultation and guidance throughout the 2026-27 school year. This full-time contract offers 37.5 hours weekly, working with a diverse student caseload across five schools. You’ll bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to collaborate closely with educators and families, enhancing student outcomes and supporting positive behavioral change. With seven students currently requiring BCBA services, you’ll make a meaningful impact by tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work on-site across multiple campuses as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Provide ongoing data collection, progress monitoring, and plan adjustments
• Offer consultations and staff training to educators for effective implementation of interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and family members, to maximize student support
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students receiving behavioral support
• No RBT supervision duties at this time
