Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience implementing behavior intervention plans in school environments preferred
- Strong data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for individual students
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school staff
- Provide direct and consultative services to support teachers and paraprofessionals
- Offer training and coaching to school personnel on behavior management strategies
- Monitor data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and recommend adjustments as needed
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise on behavior supports
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations
