Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Vacaville, CA

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for individual students
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school staff
• Provide direct and consultative services to support teachers and paraprofessionals
• Offer training and coaching to school personnel on behavior management strategies
• Monitor data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and recommend adjustments as needed
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise on behavior supports
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations
