Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services – School Psychology with English Learner Authorization
• Record of successful clinical supervision of RBTs in educational settings
• Ability to complete a full academic year (1.0 FTE, 2026-2027 school year)
• Three recent, professional letters of recommendation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for students
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs
• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and administrative teams to support student success
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions and track progress
• Communicate effectively with families and school personnel regarding student growth and behavioral plans
