Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services – School Psychology with English Learner Authorization
- Record of successful clinical supervision of RBTs in educational settings
- Ability to complete a full academic year (1.0 FTE, 2026-2027 school year)
- Three recent, professional letters of recommendation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for students
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs
- Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and administrative teams to support student success
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions and track progress
- Communicate effectively with families and school personnel regarding student growth and behavioral plans
