Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience delivering behavior analysis services, particularly in school settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working with educational teams and families
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to varied student needs

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
  • Train and coach educators, paraprofessionals, and support staff on behavioral intervention strategies
  • Provide ongoing consultation and progress monitoring for students receiving behavior analysis services
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social-emotional goals
  • Maintain compliance with documentation requirements and ethical standards in line with BCBA practices
  • Engage with families to ensure understanding and consistency of strategies across school and home environments

This contract offers flexibility based on hours worked during the school year. All services are rendered onsite, allowing for direct engagement and relationship-building within the school community. Interviews are completed virtually, making the process efficient and convenient for candidates.
