This full-time position offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance student success in an inclusive setting. Your background in assistive technology and experience working with individuals with complex needs will be key in developing and implementing effective behavioral programs.

The schedule runs from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm during the 2026-27 academic year, providing a structured workday that aligns with school hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proven experience providing behavioral interventions for high school and transition-aged students
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on work with assistive technology
  • Extensive experience supporting students with complex needs, including creating individualized strategies and working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families on IEP teams
  • Deliver direct support and coaching to staff on positive behavior supports and effective use of assistive technology
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting approaches as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain all required documentation and compliance standards
  • Provide regular training and consultation for staff
