Two full-time openings for the 2026-27 school year offer the chance to make a measurable difference, with the district ready to interview qualified professionals as soon as possible.

Position 1 focuses on supporting high school and transition-aged students, particularly those with a history of utilizing assistive technology and presenting complex needs. Your day will begin at 7:30am and conclude at 3:00pm, allowing you to structure impactful programming and interventions that foster student success.

Position 2 is a full-time role commencing in Fall 2026.

Key Qualities & Experience Sought:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Prior experience in school settings highly desired
  • Demonstrated skill working with high school and transition-aged students
  • Extensive experience supporting students with complex behavioral and functional needs
  • Proficiency with assistive technology tools and strategies
  • Strong collaborative and consultative approach with multidisciplinary teams
  • Capacity to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide staff/family training

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to embed effective strategies
  • Coach staff in the use of assistive technology and evidence-based interventions
  • Support compliance and documentation with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Analyze and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
