Two positions are currently available for the 2026-27 school year:

  • Position 1: Full-time, serving high school and transition-aged students (7:30am-3pm), with a strong need for candidates deeply experienced in assistive technology and supporting students with complex needs.
  • Position 2: Full-time, beginning Fall 2026.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Prior school-based BCBA experience preferred; extensive experience with assistive tech and complex student needs required for Position 1.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to student-centered support strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and track student progress.
  • Provide staff training and consultative support.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and documentation.
