Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Vernon Rockville, CT

Key qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of strategies
• Train and support school staff in best practices for behavior management
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through evidence-based practices
