Key qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Skilled in developing behavior intervention plans for a range of ages (K-12)
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of strategies
- Train and support school staff in best practices for behavior management
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through evidence-based practices
