You’ll collaborate closely with a caseload of 10-15 students across five classrooms, leading the way in staff training and modeling effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Your work schedule runs from 8am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with the contract running from August 24, 2026 through May 29, 2027.

Key qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Extensive experience implementing ABA strategies in school or similar settings
• Proven ability to train and coach educators and paraprofessionals
• Expertise in data analysis to inform intervention and behavior management
• Adaptability and willingness to provide classroom coverage and support as needed

Primary responsibilities:

• Support and monitor up to five classrooms, providing real-time coaching and modeling of ABA best practices
• Train teachers and paraprofessionals in methods to reduce negative behaviors and reinforce positive ones
• Utilize data collection and analysis to fine-tune behavioral interventions
• Deliver clear post-modeling follow-ups through written communication to maintain progress
• Offer hands-on assistance to ensure safe, positive classroom environments
• Facilitate professional development sessions on topics like behavior management and data collection
