Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents preferred
• Strong skills in behavioral data collection, functional behavior assessment, and intervention planning
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Valid licensure (if required by state), or ability to obtain prior to the assignment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement behavioral interventions
• Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to behavioral services
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings as required
