Qualifications:

• Current, valid BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and adjust plans as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create targeted intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Provide direct, in-school services, including individual and group behavioral therapy across a spectrum of ages and abilities
• Train and coach school staff and families on behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions for optimal success
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as a behavioral expert
• Ensure all documentation meets state and federal guidelines
• Maintain effective, ongoing communication with educational staff and caregivers
