Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience working in school settings, particularly with children and adolescents
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and best practices in an educational environment
  • Exceptional assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and family members
  • Ability to create and deliver training for staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to achieve positive outcomes for students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students and school staff
  • Monitor progress by collecting and analyzing data to inform ongoing intervention strategies
  • Offer training and professional development to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
  • Adjust interventions based on student progress and emerging needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and professional standards
