Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license required
• Previous experience in school-based or virtual BCBA supervision preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Comfortable utilizing virtual platforms and technology for remote service delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual supervision to assigned cases, ensuring services align with best practices and ethical guidelines
• Offer clinical oversight to school staff and/or direct service providers following required frequencies (2 hours/week, 8 hours/month)
• Review data, conduct remote meetings, and provide feedback to support effective implementation of behavior plans
• Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with district and licensing requirements
• Collaborate with educational teams and report progress as needed through the service period (ASAP – 8/6/26)
