Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license required
- Previous experience in school-based or virtual BCBA supervision preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable utilizing virtual platforms and technology for remote service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual supervision to assigned cases, ensuring services align with best practices and ethical guidelines
- Offer clinical oversight to school staff and/or direct service providers following required frequencies (2 hours/week, 8 hours/month)
- Review data, conduct remote meetings, and provide feedback to support effective implementation of behavior plans
- Maintain timely and accurate records in accordance with district and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with educational teams and report progress as needed through the service period (ASAP – 8/6/26)
