Essential Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license (required)
- Experience providing BCBA supervision in educational environments preferred
- Skilled in offering guidance and oversight to registered behavior technicians and support staff
- Strong communicator, comfortable working virtually and collaborating remotely
- Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on ethical practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual supervision for school-based behavior analytic services
- Provide supervision 2 hours per week (8 hours per month)
- Support, review, and coach behavior interventionists and education teams
- Uphold clinical and ethical standards aligned with professional codes and state requirements
- Document supervision activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain consistent communication with district staff and program stakeholders
