Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Warwick, Rhode Island

Essential Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license (required)
• Experience providing BCBA supervision in educational environments preferred
• Skilled in offering guidance and oversight to registered behavior technicians and support staff
• Strong communicator, comfortable working virtually and collaborating remotely
• Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on ethical practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual supervision for school-based behavior analytic services
• Provide supervision 2 hours per week (8 hours per month)
• Support, review, and coach behavior interventionists and education teams
• Uphold clinical and ethical standards aligned with professional codes and state requirements
• Document supervision activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Maintain consistent communication with district staff and program stakeholders
