Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Warwick, RI

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to shape a new role within a supportive and innovative educational environment. This full-time, in-person position serves a dynamic K-8 student population, with a primary focus on K-3. You’ll join a robust team—including behavioral specialists, social workers, and an educators' collaborative—in a setting that values ongoing collaboration and is committed to developing effective systems and supports from the ground up.

Your schedule will generally be 7:45 am to 3:30 pm, with team meetings on Wednesdays extending the workday until 4:45 pm. Flexibility around start and end times (by about 30 minutes) can be accommodated. While full-time hours are preferred, candidates seeking part-time options are also encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in special education, school psychology, social work, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or a closely related field (required)
• Experience working with K-8 students (K-3 experience strongly preferred)
• Strong collaborative approach; ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of behavior intervention systems at the school
• Collaborate closely with behavioral specialists, social workers, and educators to assess needs, create strategies, and implement plans
• Share and manage a varied, dynamic caseload
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral supports to students and staff
• Collect and analyze data for program improvements and student progress
