Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid BCBA certification
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing data
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to students’ needs
  • Conduct assessments and collect data to monitor student progress and inform decisions
  • Provide direct and consultative support to school personnel and families on behavior strategies
  • Train staff on effective behavioral interventions, data collection, and crisis response
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to student planning
