Qualifications:
- Must hold valid BCBA certification
- Experience working within school settings is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles

- Ability to collect data and adapt intervention plans as needed

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement behavior strategies
- Monitor student progress through data collection and regular reporting
- Train and support school staff in applying behavior management techniques
- Adjust and modify behavior plans to ensure student success and safety
