Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Connecticut
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred
  • Experience working directly with Pre-K through 12th grade students is highly valued

  • Reliable transportation essential due to the district-wide nature of the assignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality behavioral and consultative services to students across the district

  • Conduct assessments, provide data-driven recommendations, and offer hands-on support to school teams
