Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Watsonville, CA

Take your BCBA expertise to a new level by supporting students and staff across multiple sites for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This full-time contract position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with educators and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a school environment, making a meaningful difference in student outcomes.

This role involves working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, providing services across four school sites. You'll be responsible for managing and supervising 1-2 RBTs, requiring current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Proven experience in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple school sites and maintain effective communication
• Prior supervision of RBTs or similar roles is beneficial
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Effective collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide guidance to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists
• Train staff and support professional development related to behavioral interventions
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and school procedures
• Track student progress and report on outcomes regularly
