We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position serving an elementary caseload in a school setting. This opportunity offers both part-time and full-time options, starting as soon as possible and extending through June 5th, 2026.

As a valued BCBA, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to design and implement effective behavioral programs, making a difference in students’ daily lives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data-driven practices
  • Skill in developing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized behavior support plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a safe and adaptive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess behavioral needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Train and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with district and ethical standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families regarding student progress
