As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll have the chance to work either part time or full time, depending on your availability, with the assignment running from ASAP through June 5th, 2026. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality behavioral services within a school environment, collaborating with dedicated educators and support professionals.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Flexibility to work either part time or full time hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student behavior goals
• Provide training and guidance to staff on implementing behavior strategies
• Monitor progress, maintain meticulous records, and adjust plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute comprehensive behavioral reports

As part of this role, you'll receive competitive compensation, earning between $55 and $70 per hour based on your experience and qualifications.
