Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to varying caseload needs and manage multiple priorities efficiently

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for elementary students
• Train and support teachers and staff in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Monitor and modify intervention strategies based on student progress and data analysis
• Participate in student support meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations

This contract position offers competitive compensation ranging from $55 to $70 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience.
