Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification
- Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of evidence-based ABA strategies and principles

- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and staff
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to behavior support
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess behavioral, social, and academic needs of students
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school teams
- Provide direct support, modeling, and coaching for teachers and staff
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress and make adjustments as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for behavior goals
- Deliver parent and staff training for consistent implementation across environments
