Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Waukegan, IL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess behavioral, social, and academic needs of students
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school teams
• Provide direct support, modeling, and coaching for teachers and staff
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress and make adjustments as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for behavior goals
• Deliver parent and staff training for consistent implementation across environments
