  • Demonstrated expertise working with school-aged youth
  • Experience supporting students with complex needs, including those requiring significant behavioral interventions
  • Proficiency utilizing assistive technology to enhance student learning and independence
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills

Role Details:

  • Position 1: Full-time role focusing on high school and transition-aged students, emphasizing hands-on solutions for those needing assistive technology and comprehensive behavioral support. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
  • Position 2: Full-time opportunity available for the Fall 2026 semester, providing behavioral analysis support tailored to the needs of an educational setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive, individualized programs
  • Deliver professional development and coaching to educational staff
