Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, making a positive impact on K-12 students with diverse needs. This position, beginning August 27, 2026, and concluding June 11, 2027, is located onsite for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Your expertise will help shape supportive learning environments for students, particularly those with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll collaborate with education professionals to develop behavior intervention plans and support students’ progress throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field required
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid Illinois state licensure for BCBA practice
  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with disabilities or autism
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess, design, and implement behavior support plans in educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized interventions for students with behavioral needs
  • Provide direct and consultative services within schools for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure consistency and progress with interventions
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, making program adjustments as needed
  • Lead staff training sessions in evidence-based behavior management techniques
  • Advocate for best practices while ensuring compliance with all ethical and professional standards
