Step into a dynamic educational environment where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will make a direct impact on student and staff success. This contract opportunity, based near Long Grove, IL, spans from September 23 through December 11, with a consistent weekday shift from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. You’ll enjoy a steady schedule of 7.5-hour days that includes a lunch break.

Rather than maintaining a direct student caseload, you’ll take on a pivotal coaching and support role in an elementary school setting, collaborating closely with staff and administrators to foster a positive and productive learning environment for students in grades K–5.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience supporting K–5 students in educational environments highly preferred
  • Strong coaching, consultation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement behavior support strategies school-wide
  • Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and administration
  • Passion for supporting positive behavioral outcomes and professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to school staff on best practices for behavioral interventions
  • Develop, model, and monitor behavior support plans and proactive strategies
  • Conduct observations and collaboratively problem-solve student and classroom needs
  • Offer ongoing professional development to educators regarding behavior management
  • Contribute to an inclusive, safe, and respectful school culture for elementary learners
