Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Prior experience working with K-12 students is highly valued
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data-driven practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of diverse students
- Adaptability to move between multiple school sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload of 35 students across three schools, spanning grades K-12 and transition programs
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development for teachers and classroom staff
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and ensure progress toward student goals
- Facilitate collaboration with parents, educators, and other specialists to promote positive student outcomes
- Travel between Northbrook (elementary/middle school) and Skokie (high school and transition program) locations
