Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data-driven practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of diverse students
  • Adaptability to move between multiple school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of 35 students across three schools, spanning grades K-12 and transition programs
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development for teachers and classroom staff
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and ensure progress toward student goals
  • Facilitate collaboration with parents, educators, and other specialists to promote positive student outcomes
  • Travel between Northbrook (elementary/middle school) and Skokie (high school and transition program) locations
