Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with middle school-aged students
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Energetic, organized, and adaptable to varied school environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide staff training and support on behavioral strategies and interventions
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
