This full-time, on-site contract position is designed for professionals who excel at coaching, training, and collaborating with IEP teams and multidisciplinary staff. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing behavioral support systems across multiple school buildings.
In this role, you’ll use your BCBA credentials to work within the district’s Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and develop or refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Start as soon as possible and continue through May 28th, helping to shape positive outcomes for students through data-driven coaching.
Your Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably supporting multiple buildings.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in coaching and training educators, paraprofessionals, or IEP teams.
- Understanding of MTSS, Tier I/II/III behavioral interventions, FBAs, and BIPs.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with administrators and lead BCBA staff.
- Ability to adapt to evolving school environments and caseload needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support and guide multiple school sites as a resource and coach for staff.
- Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure effective behavioral practices.
- Complete FBAs and develop, implement, or refine BIPs.
- Work within the MTSS behavioral framework, under the guidance of a lead BCBA or administrator.
- Contribute to trainings and professional development for school personnel.
- Assist in reviewing data to inform practice adjustments throughout the school year.
