Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience providing ABA services in a school or educational setting preferred
  • Knowledge of data-driven behavior analysis and intervention design
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Ability to assess student needs and create measurable, effective behavioral goals
  • Capacity to train and coach paraprofessionals and educators in ABA strategies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing training and support to teachers and staff on ABA techniques
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform adjustments and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including IEP development and review
  • Offer parent consultation and guidance when appropriate
  • Monitor the implementation of interventions and recommend improvements
