Step into a rewarding contract position as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, serving schools in and around Norristown and the greater West Chester, PA region. This opportunity offers full-time hours (30+ per week), with a schedule from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, at a campus dedicated to supporting a smaller group of 14 students with unique behavioral challenges, including physical aggression, elopement, and self-injury.

You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive educational team, supervising skilled RBTs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, implementing data-driven behavior intervention plans, and designing engaging visuals to enhance staff training. This role requires at least four days per week on-site, with a possible July orientation to help you settle in before the start of the school year on August 24, 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing positive behavioral strategies
  • Previous work supporting students with significant behavioral needs preferred
  • LBS credentials welcome for consideration
  • Strong skills in assessment, collaboration, and staff training

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Conduct FBAs and design individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and coach school staff using visual supports
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
