Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavioral interventions
  • Strong communication and consultative skills to work with staff, parents, and students
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to staff, students, and families
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Train and coach educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers on implementing behavior strategies and supports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
