Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Completion of the mandatory 8-hour supervision training
• Prior experience working in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with school staff and multi-disciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure best practices in daily operations
• Oversee and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to meet individual student needs
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to school-based behavioral staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and data related to student progress
• Collaborate onsite with administrators, educators, and families

This position offers the flexibility to work part-time (minimum of 20 hours per week) or full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
