Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Soliant has an opening for a contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the West Chester, Pennsylvania area. This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year. Soliant offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional health benefits & 401k package.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or comparable.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years experience in behavior analysis services.

Skills & Abilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to support student needs.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavioral strategies and implementation.
• Use data collection and analysis to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and emotional/behavioral needs.
