Location: Southeastern Pennsylvania Area
Start: 2026–2027 School Year (Start Date Dependent on HR Approval)
Pay: $55–$60/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a specialized school-based program for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for a collaborative BCBA who enjoys working with students with Autism and supporting a strong behavioral services team. The BCBA will work alongside experienced behavior professionals to provide student support, collect and analyze data, coach staff, and assist with behavior programming.

Responsibilities include:

  • Observe and coach students in classroom settings
  • Collect and analyze classroom behavioral data
  • Support and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with the crisis response team
  • Assist with behavior programming and intervention strategies
  • Support students with existing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, behavior analysts in training, clinical coordinators, and school staff

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience with FBAs, behavior intervention plans, and data collection preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • PA clearances required within 60 days of potential start date
