Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active state licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
• Previous experience with autism or intensive behavioral needs preferred
• Strong data collection, analysis, and coaching skills
• Collaborative spirit and crisis response experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim leave coverage for a staff BCBA
• Collaboratively support approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms
• Implement and oversee all Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Collect and analyze classroom data
• Work with the crisis response team
• Observe, coach, and mentor students and staff in a Level III Autism program
• Operate within a dynamic team of BCBAs and clinical leaders
