Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
- Previous experience with autism or intensive behavioral needs preferred
- Strong data collection, analysis, and coaching skills
- Collaborative spirit and crisis response experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interim leave coverage for a staff BCBA
- Collaboratively support approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms
- Implement and oversee all Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Collect and analyze classroom data
- Work with the crisis response team
- Observe, coach, and mentor students and staff in a Level III Autism program
- Operate within a dynamic team of BCBAs and clinical leaders
