Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Applicable licensure to practice as a BCBA
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Analyze data, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams; participate in meetings to support comprehensive student plans
